Refunds come from your own Stripe
You control refunds on your own orders. When a customer reports a problem, DriverEats routes the request to you with the full record; food refunds are issued from your own Stripe account through our UI — the platform never funds or fronts a refund on your behalf, and never bills your account for one.
Fair dispute review
If a customer claims a problem with an order, our support team reviews it before any refund is issued — delivery photos, driver GPS, and order history all count as evidence. You are never auto-charged on a claim alone.
